Majestic and delicately dusted with snow, the Grande Pomme de Sapin by LOUIS FOUQUET is the centerpiece of the festive season.

Handcrafted in 65% Grand Cru Nica Brown dark chocolate or 43% Grand Cru Ghana milk chocolate, it is lightly sprinkled with white chocolate accents reminiscent of snow, and crowned with Ernest, the Maison’s signature squirrel.

Inside, a crisp heart reveals a delicious medley: milk chocolate and caramel–coated puffed rice pearls, along with hazelnuts and almonds enrobed in Grand Cru dark and milk chocolate.

The piece rests on a generous base of traditional hazelnut praline, a hallmark of the Maison’s artisanal savoir-faire since 1852.

Presented in an elegant white hatbox, this exquisite creation is as perfect to gift as it is to showcase on the festive table.
