LOUIS FOUQUET AND AVENUE MONTAIGNE

AN ADDRESS

LOUIS FOUQUET, chocolatier and confectioner in Paris since 1852, is moving into avenue Montaigne, in a space signed by Christophe Tollemer's UAR “Un Autre Regard” agency.

Historically located since 1928 rue François 1er, the House further affirms its anchorage in the heart of the golden triangle, with a showcase of delicacies located at number 6 avenue Montaigne.

The design of this boutique pays a subtle homage to craftsmanship and Haussmannian Paris. Thus the conch, an emblematic tool of the chocolate factory, here reinterpreted as discovery furniture, is at the heart of the concept.
Reflecting the creative process, it serves as a central pivot, inviting visitors to explore the world of the house and taste the House's iconic products, under the watchful eye of the house's illustrious clients, whose portraits and thoughtful words adorn the store.

A delicate work on the moldings evokes the Paris of Baron Haussmann (The house was born on rue Laffitte in the 9th arrondissement in 1852)

The colors and materials used, notably emperador marble, bronze and wood, immerse the visitor in an elegant and precious setting which highlights our chocolate and confectionery specialties.
The store's main shade is inspired by a soft vanilla caramel, one of the House's signature products. This tone, warm and comforting, is also that of all the Maison's chocolate boxes, to which we have associated a coral red – used for our confectionery boxes – whose lively and tangy shade enhances the entire boutique.

“The conche appears here as the gravitational center of the store, allowing the products to be displayed to be discovered, tasted and admired.

The colors and materials used, notably marble and wood, immerse us in an elegant setting. »
