LOUIS FOUQUET LAUNCHES A RANGE OF ICE CREAM

Louis Fouquet has created a collection of ice creams and sorbets whose exclusive recipes are based around his great specialties: praline and working with nuts.

Louis Fouquet ice creams and sorbets are handcrafted with the finest ingredients, selected for their excellent taste: pure Sicilian pistachios, grand cru cocoa, Piedmont hazelnuts, 100% Arabica coffee and Valencia almonds.

This new range therefore includes five recipes, developed with the greatest care to reveal all the subtlety of the aromas in a fair and balanced way.
When tasting, rediscover the sensation of biting into the fruit, offering a texture that is light, creamy and slightly crunchy:

• Praline Ice Cream: Prepared with an old-fashioned hazelnut praline, this ice cream reinterprets the iconic know-how of the house in a creamy and delicious version.

• Chocolate Sorbet: This sorbet uses a 72% cocoa Araguani grand cru chocolate, both powerful and sweet, embellished with pieces of caramelized almonds and hazelnuts.

• Coffee Ice Cream: Made with 100% Arabica espresso coffee,
of beautiful complexity, and enriched with inclusions of caramelized almonds.

• Pistachio Ice Cream: Made with pure Sicilian pistachios and punctuated with caramelized pistachio pieces.

• Raspberry Sorbet: Full fruit sorbet 55% raspberries, the direct expression of the fruit, without artifice.
